Not recommended at all

Liked: Breakfast was good. The man who was working when we checked in was very kind and helped us carry our belongings up the stairs (I didn't realise there's no lift).
Disliked: The knob of the radiator was broken so our room felt like a sauna even with the window open. The bedding was dirty (including a stain that looked like blood on one of the pillows). The toilet was clogged so doesn't flush anything. The lady at checkout was extremely rude. The street parking was a nightmare, no parking nearby so we had to park far and walk, and parking is not free (only the first hour). Also the view out of our hotel window had some horrible graffiti saying "f*** LGBTQ+" which made us feel very unwelcome.
