Terrible.

Liked: At check in I met with a personal, who showed me into my room. He informed me of the breakfast time and check out times. I mentioned that I travelled since day before, so I will sleep. That was at 1pm. At 2pm I woke up of the noise that the same personal just unlocking the door and coming in, without even knocking, and when he steps in, sees that I am in the bed undressed and just hands me the towels, like it is the most natural thing in the world. I was speechless. Next morning, I arrived to breakfast at 09:50, (the person from check in told me its from 8:30-10:30, yet it was nothing there, just 2 dirty tables, and no food at all. Staff is nowhere to be found not in the "canteen" and not in reception. Terrible experience.

Hotel t' Anker " rude...

Liked: I was humiliated in front of a full room of guests by the owner of Hotel 't Anker.I've never felt embarrassment like this before. I walked into the restaurant, and the owner confronted me in a hostile, aggressive, and uncivilized manner. He barked, “What are you doing here?” I replied that I was just looking to grab something to eat. His response? “Oh, so you think you can just grab things without paying?”He loudly declared that he was the owner, and said, “In Holland, grabbing means stealing!”—as if I were trying to steal something. I was completely gobsmacked. Everyone in the restaurant was staring at me. I felt defenceless, humiliated, and confused. He then ordered me to follow him to check in the system whether I was entitled to breakfast or not. At that point, I was so shocked I didn’t even know how to respond. I tried to explain that whether breakfast was included or not, I was happy to pay for an apple or a cup of tea—but he had already shut me down and made it clear I was not welcome to even look at the food.I had no intention of grabbing anything without paying. I genuinely thought I could come in, order something, and be charged accordingly like any normal establishment. Instead, I was treated like a criminal in front of strangers. This was one of the rudest, most degrading encounters I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone—not even to a dog. The owner is unbelievably RUDE and lacks basic decency. Avoid at all costs
