Liked: The hotel was designed and furnished in a very classic, minimal and European style. Everything necessary was available and usable. The air conditioning worked very well and efficiently. The room was very spacious and there were even two armchairs and a little serving table. There is also a big table with a chair - so there is plenty of room to store my stuff. The breakfast was exceptionally rich and fresh.
Disliked: Unfortunately, it must be said that the service was very clumsy and not accommodating or friendly towards the guests. We had a special case where we made two consecutive bookings, but separately. That meant we were supposed to stay in one room the first night and a different room the second night, because according to the hotel, they have their own system and cannot merge two bookings into the same room. The lobby area was very dull and had nothing to do. It also lacked a minibar. On the first day, our room was not cleaned despite having placed the sign outside.The location of the hotel is poor. It’s very far from the city center, and for the price, the hotel should be much closer. Unfortunately, this time we weren’t able to choose the hotel’s location—although we paid ourselves, we were required to stay at this particular hotel. The hotel used to have a bar-nightclub, but it is now closed. Most likely because the hotel is situated in a residential and commercial area, and there simply aren’t visitors in the evenings.
