We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: Confortable bed, tasty breakfast, playground for the kids.
Disliked: We had to wait almost an hour for the ordered dishes in the restaurant, although it was not really busy...Also the waitress forgot do serve us the drinks we ordered. These were brought to us after we finished eating...

Liked: Staff is kind, clean, restaurant is good, Airport, legoland, lalandia is close. Playground for the kids in and outside.
Disliked: Bed and sofabed are very unconfortable. 4* Hotel, but is more like a motel feeling: you have to go out to your room, old equipments in the room.

We liked the stay.

Liked: We really liked breakfast, the variability of different stuff. The size of the room was fine, also the lounge and its atmosphere during early evenings.
Disliked: The hotel should not offer rooms oposite to storage room where is no carpet on the floor of the hallway. Every morning between 7 - 7:30 noise began that was caused by preparing the cleaning trolleys.

Disliked: It seems expensive for what it was but I guess that is the going rate for there

One or two minor niggles...

Liked: We liked the breakfast, the spa bath, and room location. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very comfortable. The evening meals (which we purchased) were of extremely good quality.
Disliked: The lack of a phone to the reception desk, the opaque toilet door with no lock, and a lift to the room floor would have been beneficial as we had to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs.
