Great location and staff, but...

Liked: Great distance to LegoLand for those who do not wish to live in legoland, free parking
Disliked: The facilities were very outdated, and sis not match the price to my opinion. We took one room for 5 and it was impossible to move in it. If you give the option to have that many in a room you should be able to deliver it, otherwise dont!

Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Room 21 is terrible located next to service entry into kitchen. Kind staff fixed the problem first night by stop using some hydrolic press in the servie room. This room should not used for hotel guests. To expencive room, paid a lot less for much better room in CHP few days earlier

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was rather good (we only missed porridge, but didn't check with the staff), the big plus that breakfast starts very early (5 am).
Disliked: No air conditioner, it was too hot to sleep, even with open window. As town is very small, location was ok for us. Room was too small for 4 people family, in the pictures it looked larger. In our opinion hotels in Billund are strongly overpriced, especially you do not even expect that there is no air conditioner!

Disliked: I really don’t know why this hotel has a 4 Star rating. It’s feels like a motel in the US. Restaurant looks ok but heavily overpriced. Staff working there is pretty weird.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth...

Disliked: We stayed here last Friday with my three children, expecting a warm and welcoming experience from a 4star hotel. Unfortunately, the reception was far from that. Upon arrival, no one even greeted us, they continued chatting among themselves. Shockingly, when other Western guests arrived, they were immediately welcomed and offered assistance. This felt very disheartening and unprofessional.The room we booked was far too small for a family of four. We had to book an additional room just for my two children, which added to the cost and inconvenience.Breakfast was another letdown. We arrived at 8:40 AM and found the dining area messy and disorganized. Most of the food trays were empty and cold, and I was even served a raw egg. My kids couldn’t find any suitable or fresh food to eat.Overall, this was the worst 4-star hotel experience we’ve had. Definitely not worth the money.

One of the worst hotel...

Liked: Breakfast has ok. Coffee was not so tasty. The bathroom from the 90’s and it smells not so good. Very bad ventilation. Such a bad experience never again.
Disliked: The room needs urgent refurbishment. One of the worst hotel I have ever visited in respect of the quality of the room.
