Enjoyable stay in great location

Liked: Loved the location & staff. Close by bar & restaurant
Disliked: Newer pillows & bed as they were lumpy. Provide extra trash can in room. Add box of tissues in room. Not allowed to open windows. Not fan in bathroom.

Liked: Bed was excellent
Disliked: You have to walk out the front door to go around to the back parking lot which doesnt have enough space for the whole hotel. We eventually had to park in the neighborhood. It wasnt a big deal for us but could be for some.

Liked: This friendly staff, rooms, very clean and updated showers. The location was perfect.! had dinner there. The food was excellent and the service very accommodating., friendly, and professional

Amazing historic hotel for a...

Liked: Location on Main street is phenomenal. Has a vibrant bar and across the street from great restaurants and cafes. Staff was friendly and check in process was pretty smooth. Parking was included.
Disliked: +The hotel lacks a basic breakfast at the included rate which is OK given that a wonderful cafe is across the street but it diminishes the value for money slightly+Room wasn't cleaned in between nights of the stay even though the person cleaning left an envelope asking for a tip. Towels were not even replaced. The corners of the rooms seemed a little dusty although the bed itself and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The ceiling fan was a bit challenging to turn off because you needed to stand on the bed to do it which could be dangerous for certain folks. +The door to the room would not lock properly and the first time I thought I locked it and came back and it did not lock- the bolt would feel like it had turned when you turned the key but it would not fully enter the bolt housing.

Disliked: Short staffed. No available staff after 9pm. Needed additional assistance but unable to get ahold of anyone

A cute comfortable stay in...

Liked: It’s very cute and unique. The town is a little touristy town with lots of shopping in boutiques
Disliked: They had a live band playing until really late at night. And you could hear it very loud and clear, as well as all the people in the restaurant and outside.

Liked: Staff was great, very nice and helpful. Restaurant and bar were really nice and food very good.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. MY room was right above the bar and it was SO LOUD.
