Great location and staff, but...

Liked: Cleanliness is excellent, and the front desk staff are the extremely kind and welcoming. They make you feel truly at home and go out of their way to ensure a special and memorable stay.The hotel is cozy , definitely will come back again
Disliked: the shower space is quite narrow — you end up trying to avoid bumping into the walls while using it. The pillow is very soft, almost not lifting your head above the mattress level, and the bed is slightly sunken in the middle.

Liked: Beautiful view from our window, the breakfast was delicious and the bartender (Michael) from the Gin House was just fantastic.

Liked: It would be difficult to find a better location than this hotel; just a few minutes walk from all of Dresden's attractions.Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed.

Worth every penny

Liked: Everything was absolutely exceptional - every single member of staff was attentive, helpful and kind, room was spacious, beautiful and clean, breakfast was delicious, fresh and there was plenty to choose from. Great views of the town square from our window as well.
