Liked: The staff and hotel never fail to meet or exceed expectations. Very friendly and professional. Property is always clean.

Liked: Good friendly staff, very good invoicing system, nice laundry service and wonderful location
Disliked: Television needs to be bigger with respect to the room size.

Liked: The bed was big and comfy, some amenities, room was clean.
Disliked: Had an issue with the air-conditioning- it was leaking over the floor in the middle of the night. Slipped like ice, catapulted into the air, which would have looked hilarious, but was quite a bad fall onto shoulder. Perhaps bad luck. Was only there one night, so reception just acknowledged it.

Business travel

Liked: Excellent services from all the staff members starting from reception, bell boy, cleaning services
Disliked: To have better televisions (big screen) at least to consider according to the size of the room
