Great Location but Noisy Room

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room is incredibly noisy at all times, but most especially at night. High pitched vibrational noises that stop and start randomly. Little sound buffer from noises down the hall. Plumbing noises. Noises can be heard through the floor and from the ceiling. I stayed in Room 602. Which is an interior room on the 6th floor. There is a window to the hallway, which is partially frosted out and has a draw down a shade, however it does little to block out the hallway light at night.

Disliked: Booked a premium room. Ended up being a tiny, poorly sound-insulated and with no windows

Sleepless but happy.

Liked: The staff were wonderful. Excellent customer service and helped accommodate my needs. Great, convenient location. Clean, large rooms with nice thick towels.
Disliked: The bed was horribly uncomfortable. If you’re ok with an extremely firm mattress then it will be ok, but otherwise you may find it hard or impossible to sleep.
