Liked: The location of the property was good as it was near Union square and other landmarks. The shower had hot water that lasted. Good color scheme
Disliked: I have never been at a hotel that doesn’t hold your luggage. If you aren’t going to offer that service then at least recommend a storage place (there was one across the street but reception never mentioned it). Dealt with three different receptionists during our stay and none of them ever greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Their attitudes were apathetic at best and their attentiveness was dismissive. It almost seemed like we were putting them out for just existing. The faucet in our room had a leak. The shower didn’t drain properly causing it to overflow. Smoke detector peeped all night. The elevator felt like it was going to give out at any moment because of all the creaking and sporadic changes in door speed.

Liked: Very central place near the Union square to access many places of interest.
Disliked: The range of breakfast items is very limited.

Liked: Location was central and close to parking, shopping, dining, art museums etc.
Disliked: There was no way to make a simple coffee in the room as needed for an early hour, and there were no cups or glasses in the room. Also it was very expensive for the size of the room.
