Liked: Included parking, close to the Strasbourg center and friendly area were just the pluses. The hotel was nice and staff was friendly

Comfy & quiet stay close...

Liked: Really comfy bed and a great night's sleep, quiet location but close to the centre - only 5 stops on the tram. The staff were very polite and helpful. Also a nice powerful shower and liked the large window to let in lots of fresh air. Great value - would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Our room was above the car park so it was a little loud in the morning due to people leaving but that's the luck of the draw.

Extremely disappointed

Liked: So it was further out than we expected but that’s fine. We can walk, there are trams etc. what would have been good is the option of bike hire. The biggest problem was the heat. No air conditioning in the rooms and no fans provided. Couple with the fact our room was ground level and adjacent to car park it was impossible to get any sleep.
Disliked: The comfort level. If you can’t provide air conditioning put a fan in.
