Disappointing

Disliked: There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, it smelled like urine, and the toilet was covered in black gunk. It was very clear they had not properly cleaned it in a long time. Very disappointing for the price

Liked: Everything... friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, a fan, exceptional breakfast, quiet, private parking...
Disliked: There's no elevator/lift but it was no problem and we made do.

Comfortable, warm & friendly within...

Liked: The room was very clean & warm, the check in progress Simple, and the breakfast was as good as any 4star hotel I have stayed at. The car park was secure & free which is a complete bonus
Disliked: Nothing, but it would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities- the only other suggestion was better pillows as you only had one which squashed down to nothing.
