Disliked: While our stay had some positive aspects, there were a few challenges we encountered that are worth mentioning.On the positive side, the hotel was clean and the service was very good. Staff were helpful and polite throughout our stay, which we appreciated.However, accessibility was an issue in certain areas. For instance, there were stairs leading up to the hotel entrance, which made it quite difficult to enter with a baby and stroller. We faced a similar problem with our room—although there was an elevator, there were additional stairs between the lift and the room itself.Another concern was that the room door could not be locked from the inside. As we were traveling with a baby, this was an important safety feature that we felt was missing.Additionally, the design of the bathroom made showering quite inconvenient. There was no proper barrier or partition to contain the water, so the entire bathroom floor would become wet after each use.We hope the management will consider these points for future improvements, as the cleanliness and quality of service were otherwise commendable.
