Disappointed and price gouged.

Liked: Convenient parking. Good pillows. Reasonably comfortable beds.
Disliked: Scandalously overpriced. Small rooms poorly furnished. Tiny bathroom with no space for personal health and care products. Loud rattling air conditioner. No toiletries provided. No refrigerator. Shower head on short cord making a pleasant full body shower impossible. Old TV. Narrow public corridors. Picture of room on Booking not accurate..fewer windows and less spacious in reality.

Lovely stay and very helpful...

Liked: Everything was great. The nearby tram and train station makes it very convenient to travel across. The staff were very helpful. The elevator was down for two days when we were there, however, the staff were very accomodating in allowing my elderly mom to use the service elevator multiple times. Very polite staff and front of house.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
