Church bells disturbed our sleep

Liked: The church bells were so annoying, ringing until late in the night and early in the morning. Of course that is out of the hotel's control, but maybe they should have a word, since this damages their business. Staff was friendly enough but not particularly motivated. No tea and coffee making facilities.

A brilliant lil gem 💎

Liked: Fantastic lil property near a bus stop that will connect you with the most amazing attractions Hamburg has to offer. Ladies at reception were so kind and helpful, it made our stay all the better

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of different meet and cheeses, tomatoes, eggs and the rolls were warm, selection of yoghurts and jams,fresh fruit, tea and coffee were excellent. my room was a single ensuite wasn’t large, but I didn’t expect that from the photos i’d seen, ensuite was small but sufficient and clean. shower was really excellent powerful and constant hot water. fresh towels every day. 24 hour reception.
Disliked: My room could have done with a redecoration and maybe update the furniture. Would not be suitable for wheelchair users.

Liked: Location and very quiet. Unpretentious and well priced.
Disliked: No problems for me. I just needed a comfortable bed.
