Liked: Location good ! accessible to other places easily!
Disliked: The water stopper plastic on Shower glass door worn ! Water seeping out on the floor!!Breakfast not many types of food to be chosen! Variable not enough!

Came here for Hobipalooza

Liked: It was all nice and cozy, the position was perfect to go around any part of the city and i felt really comfortable there
Disliked: i have nothing to say more here

Comfortable stay in clean and...

Liked: Very comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The buffet breakfast was superb and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Maybe tea and coffee facilities in the room would be good.

Good hotel location but bad...

Disliked: Unprofessional behaviour to customers:A few days before our stay, I messaged to request an early check-in and got these following replies:"Dear .....Since we're not fully booked for tonight,a check-in around noon should bepossible. Have a safe flight and best regarsdJa.......(Name), Reservation"Follow-up message from Ja... after I pointed out that we were arriving the day after : "Sorry, | meant tomorrow, so roomsavailable for Wednesday noon ;-)"But when we arrived on Wednesday, (slightly earlier than noon), we were told that no rooms were available from noon... and Ja... then said that she had only said early check-in 'might' be possible and now it wasn't possible. She was not at all apologetic or pleasant. We were told we'd have to wait till 1pm...and then at 1pm we were told by different reception staff that the room wouldn't be ready till 2pm (these reception staff knew nothing about my early check-in request).I then showed the desk staff the messages from Ja... and, after some more confusion, eventually we were offered a room with some apologies (not from Ja......though ).We were given the choice of a larger room with no air conditioning before 2pm (which we accepted) or an air-conditioned room at 2pm. This is also odd because Ja.... had told me originally that my booked room had no air conditioning and that I would have to pay extra for AC, which I had declined. This one member of staff was the cause of a lot of confusion and her manner with us was quite brusque, bordering on rude. Other staff were nice but they didn't really seem to know what was going on. I know you cannot expect to get early check-in on request but the messages I received were that the request was accepted ("rooms available for Wednesday noon").I would not stay there again which is a shame as the location is very convenient, even if the hotel is a bit dated.

Liked: Easy location next to the S-bahn, everything "just worked" and was good quality.
Disliked: Only one small window opening and no air conditioning.

Disliked: We had room 448 , room was good bathroom was also good but the WC is placed such a way that is very uncomfortable. Glass door of the Bathroom is also not necessary. In September 2021 we have stayed a few days in the same hotel. That time we didn’t have such problem.
