Nice and clean hotel, great...

Liked: Location is perfect if you’re going to an event at the Lanxess Arena since it’s literally across the street.

Very good

Liked: Very nice hotel and rich breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Staff mostly “medium” friendly during the trip ( reception, breakfast… )

A pleasant hotel experience in...

Liked: Room was very nice with a comfortable bed. The A/C control was easy to use for adjusting the temperature. Bathroom shower was excellent.
Disliked: Distance to the Cologne old town was just within walking distance. Good for exercise, but might be a little far for some.

Liked: The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is great and the location is perfect if you're going to a concert at the Lanxess Arena.

Perfect place when to go...

Liked: Really close to the Lanxess concert place. Super great breakfast included.
Disliked: All good

Great room for 3 people

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Room was huge with giant beds. Beautiful bathtub. Suited our group of 3 well.
Disliked: It’s a bit further from town center than I anticipated.

Stylish Hotel

Liked: Upon checkin the male reception staff was very dour, but subsequent staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and clean with a 30 minute walk into the old centre.
Disliked: The dour male reception staff!
