Superb

Liked: The breakfast was very tasty and generous. There were plenty of free parking spots available right under the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room. We stayed during a heatwave, so it was uncomfortably hot.

Ideal for single traveller. No...

Liked: Ideal for single traveller. No fuss. Obviously a lot of effort has gone into presentation of the room. Pleasant shock to walk into the room (sometimes that is not the case). English speaking traveller patiently catered for. Definitely would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Kind and helpful personel, nice rooms and very good price. Also very quite. The neighbourhood is also nice, while the city center is 20-30 minutes to walk.
Disliked: Breakfast was very pricey.

Very friendly and great value

Liked: The staff was super friendly. You get free ice cream and a bottle of water as a welcome gift.
Disliked: The parking garage was a bit narrow and tight. Keep that in mind if you decide to park there
