Good value for money

Liked: Staff were great and very helpful. The hotel was on the mall and very convenient to everything. The room was old, but suited our needs for a one night stay.Breakfast was minimal, but nicely presented and fresh scrambled eggs were cooked for us, which we appreciated. The hotel was very good value for money.
Disliked: The pillows were too soft and not supportive. Drunken guests came back to the hotel at 4am and were yelling and arguing.

Liked: Conveniently located in the center of the city. Breakfast is included. Great customer service.

Pleasant

Short but very nice stay

Liked: We only stayed one night in Sarrebrücken to go to a concert and the hotel provided us with the perfect place to set up our things. It was situated midway between the train station and the concert venue, with very easy access to shops and various eateries. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a very welcome experience.
Disliked: The hotel does not stand on its own: it found in the last floors of a building which houses other companies. Keep an eye out for the hotel sign on the building if you're walking there.

Liked: Great little hotel in the heart of Saarbrücken pedestrian zone. Walking distance to many sights and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Order scrambled eggs for a pleasant surprise. On site parking at reasonable price. While downtown Saarbrücken can be tricky with one-ways and construction reception provided perfect navigation and pictures of parking through WhatsApp. I have been very pleasantly surprised by service and by value and will totally check this hotel first next time in the city.
Disliked: I think my "body thermostat" was out of whack for the first warmer days after winter, but I experienced the room as quite warm. Open windows solved that issue which was possible due to no air pollution and relatively quiet environment.
