Liked: It was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed, especially the pillows were bad.

Reasonable for one night stay

Liked: A good location and good breakfast. A private parking space was convenient.
Disliked: There were some troubles with check in. Reception was not occupied and nobody answered the call. Unfortunately the hotel didn’t provide instructions for self check-in.

Good value for money

Liked: Staff were great and very helpful. The hotel was on the mall and very convenient to everything. The room was old, but suited our needs for a one night stay.Breakfast was minimal, but nicely presented and fresh scrambled eggs were cooked for us, which we appreciated. The hotel was very good value for money.
Disliked: The pillows were too soft and not supportive. Drunken guests came back to the hotel at 4am and were yelling and arguing.

Liked: Conveniently located in the center of the city. Breakfast is included. Great customer service.
Disliked: None.

Pleasant

Short but very nice stay

Liked: We only stayed one night in Sarrebrücken to go to a concert and the hotel provided us with the perfect place to set up our things. It was situated midway between the train station and the concert venue, with very easy access to shops and various eateries. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a very welcome experience.
Disliked: The hotel does not stand on its own: it found in the last floors of a building which houses other companies. Keep an eye out for the hotel sign on the building if you're walking there.
