Liked: Perfect location, walking distance to town centre, close to main train station, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast room is big and comfortable with a good spread for different tastes.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a water kettle in the room and a mini fridge especially during the Summer months.

Disliked: Why charge me extra for ex person even we have 2 double room for 3 person? This is insane, the staff is super rude, couldn’t explain anything, just say this is what system tells her, is her a robot?!!! finally know why this is bad rating hotel
