Enjoyable once my room was...

Disliked: the original room I was checked into did not have working air-conditioning! I believe it was on level 4.I did get a change of room with aircon. My phone charger was misplaced during the change of room procedure.I did get it back the next day. I think all of this could have been avoided had I originally been given a room with aircon.
