Disliked: We didn't like the breakfasts, besides, there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant. There was no hotel employee at the reception and we waited for someone to appear. In general, the hotel doesn't look like a classic hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and tranquil, set in a peaceful location, yet still convenient for exploring Berlin.The staff, especially Ms. Sabine Trautschold at reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and swift resolution of a small issue during my stay were truly remarkable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made my experience unforgettable!The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was one of relaxation and comfort. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute, from the quiet surroundings to the lovely conversations I had with the staff. It felt like a home away from home.I wholeheartedly recommend St.-Michaels-Heim to anyone visiting Berlin. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and warm staff make it a standout hotel. Without hesitation, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Berlin!
