good location, pushy bell staff...

Liked: good location to french quarter and the french market
Disliked: the bell hop almost walked into our room asking for money because he told us about a place to go that isnt even a good place to eat and showed us where our hotel room was after we were on our way. there was also a bright green light on in the air conditioning unit that kept me up all night and there was a huge hole in the wall that had kleenex stuffed in it to cover it up

Real New Orleans.

Liked: I love New Orleans and this was the first time I had been back since before the pandemic. The Valentino group, which owns another lovely vintage property I've stayed at always comes across with a pleasant stay. Another thing about this particular hotel is that it's close to Bourbon Street, but it wasn't too loud!
Disliked: Not much. I didn't eat at the restaurant except for some good breakfast pastries, so I couldn't say.
