Liked: Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Check-in staff were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable. Above and beyond my expectations.
Disliked: The coffee place seemed unorganized.

New Orleans was wonderful and...

Liked: The hotel has been very tastefully upgraded. We were in Room 500. The king bed was excellent, and the bathroom perfect. It was great to be so conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter especially since this was a short visit for us.
Disliked: The cafe and bar/restaurant were not nearly as appealing as we’d hoped and didn’t seem at all connected with the hotel. The shower in the bathroom has a tendency to leak if the shower head is at a certain angle and then makes the toilet floor wet.

Liked: Shower water pressure awesome! Beds very comfortable. Had a balcony room over very relaxing courtyard. Hotel had secure parking on site. Able to walk or walk and take trolley to everywhere we wanted to go
Disliked: ATM was out of service during our stay

Liked: The patio. The pool. The climate in the room. Easy to access restaurants and bars. The balcony room.

Liked: Everything was absolutely perfect and all of the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and balcony were exceptional and we could not have asked for anything better
