Liked: The location was good. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: It was not clean. Mold on the exhaust fan in the bathroom and on the floor. We booked a Deluxe King room the add on booking said it was 275 sq ft and the photos looked like it. The room we got looked nothing like the photos and I measured it at around 210 sq ft including the bathroom. The bedroom was 169 sq ft. The bed was particularly uncomfortable. Any movement made the bed springs squeak loudly. There was a dip in the middle of the bed on the side nearest the bathroom so bad it was like your hip was in a hole.

Everything was wonderful.

Liked: This hotels location is fantastic. I was able to walk to all the attraction i was going to including the boat trip and Bourbon street..
Disliked: The room was good but the comfort of my king size bed was not good.

Disliked: The balcony could have been cleaner. The chairs were sticky and the windows were smeared. The reason I booked a balcony room was to enjoy the balcony and just wish it was much cleaner than what I received.
