Liked: I We have stayed before while the accommodation is small it has the necessary facilities and the location is convenient and the train access is close by. It certainly provides value for money and while the parking is tight it is included in the room charge.
Disliked: We needed an extra blanket which is usually provided in wardrobe. we had to ask for one but it was provided promptly.convenient

Liked: Nothing, the room smelled like weed, it was like a container room, no windows.
Disliked: Unclean toilet, carpark is way too small to accommodate a ute, head touches the ceiling

Exceptional

Liked: I was staying here to be close to the hospital while supporting a friend the staff were so flexible and accommodating even when I made last minute changes and late check ins they were so beautiful.

Disgusting

Liked: The filipino receptionist is very friendly and helpful to us. She is nice.
Disliked: The room we had was disgusting, there is food left in the fridge from the other people before us, the shower room is moldy, they only put one toilet paper for our 3 day stay, no box of tissue, the curtain was so dusty, bed side table was never cleaned and had cob web in the side, one lamp never work, bed was not comfy at all. At night it was noisy and we couldn't sleep due to the cars passing by, breakfast was below average, the kettle and glass,mug and spoons in our room were all dusty. It has never been cleaned.The TV is not turning on too so we had to reset first before it will turned on. My son caught a cold I think due to the dust that we breathe at night.We are NOT Happy and satisfied at all.
