Liked: The breakfast was 10 stars!The bathroom and shower were first rate. Very clean. Front desk staff every nice and efficient.
Disliked: The bed was a bit lumpy and light showed through from the hallway during the night.

Liked: Loved our stay in this hotel.Albena was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic.Location brilliant for train travel and sightseeing. Made use of the art museum passes for guests. Great hotel, well done.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect.

Great Location and Value!

Liked: Location was perfect to walk around main attractions in Zurich, also hotel is like 5 mins away on foot from train station.I stayed in queen room solo but size was good for even two people. Room was very clean and tidied up everyday.Breakfast was amazing, variety of dishes was perfectly selected for every type of breakfast choice, also tasty and fresh.I'd definitely recommend people to pay a bit more and stay here rather than getting an Airbnb from further away outer city.Cant forget the add - rooms have air-conditioning!
