Super place to stay. Staff...

Liked: All the staff were excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and were able to provide advice on everything. Complimentary wine in the room and a free glass of Prosecco were a very nice touch. Breakfast was excellent.

Liked: The breakfast was good plenty of choices. The location was good not far to walk to anywhere.
Disliked: The rooms were quite hot as there was no air conditioning in the rooms. If you left the windows open at night unfortunately the noise of the traffic was rather noisy. So therefore you didn’t get much sleep.

Liked: Good location. Easy to reach any destination by tram. Close non-stop shop nearby. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Very young and unexperienced personnel. Still willing to help.

Liked: The Staff were absolutely brilliant. Tonight the receptionist, I just missed his name went beyond to help me. The location is also great. What a lovely hotel. The breakfast had such a lovely range of foods.
Disliked: We were really pleased with our stay.

Amazing place, and very nice...

Liked: The hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, there was complimentary wine and water - which was really pleasant and surprising :)The Staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast were very tasty and plenty of choices.
Disliked: Smoking area should be relocated, we could smell the fumes in the room throughout the open windows.
