Hotel St. George Helsinki

Beautiful hotel with great location.

Liked: Great location. Nice room. Very friendly staff with great service. Awesome breakfast.
Disliked: You can early check in or late check out with a charge. I'm not sure if it's a pro or con. When I travel sometimes I got offer for early check in if the room is available. For this place, it is guaranteed with payment. We did pay for late check out at 5 pm since we traveled with our mom and our flight was late at night. Turned out it was worth the money so I like it.

Liked: The room was super and so was the breakfast
Disliked: The reception area was awful. Very dull. The Wintergarden too was a disappointment.

Liked: The location, the sauna area, the breakfast was pretty good and the licorice balls at reception. The rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: Initially very formal staff and not so welcoming and showing us around etc., the lounge area was okay. Fire was not so big and it was very cold. Would be great if the bar opened earlier in day even for coffee hot chocolate etc.
