Disliked: Noisy on front side across from parking lot for first night.

Not what we were hoping...

Liked: The decor was very original, great job restoring. Staff checking in was very nice. Our room was ready when we arrived.This was our first visit to this location.
Disliked: Location very loud. We could not sleep from all of the road noise, and it went on till early morning and started again. The showerhead in our bathroom was horrible, shot out everywhere and had my husband not just turned it off and got out, the water was flooding the bathroom so quickly that it would have been in the bedroom on the carpet. He did not get to finish his shower and I did not get to take one. TV horrible, not that we come to watch TV, but we were tired and just wanted to watch a little something before bed. When we went to check out, there was only one person checking people out and running to get their cars. When I tried to tell him about the shower head, he just brushed me off, and said we know and we are getting new shower heads next week. My question is, if you all knew of this problem why didn't you let us know? We come to Santa Fe a lot as do our friends. We unfortunately will not be running back to stay at your property. Liked: Location, staff is excellent
Disliked: Building needs updating. Not enough electric outlets in room, and the ones that were there, the sockets were all stretched out so they were useless (maintenance had to supply a power strip), the room was freezing cold (maintenance had to come and turn some knobs on the INTERIOR of the vent), shower head was so clogged with calcium the water barely came out, you couldn't see the TV from the bed (the only clear visibility point was from the toilet), so we had to move the entire cabinet away from the wall, to face the bed. All in all, our stay was fine, we just tried to roll with the annoyances, but there were so many it just became a joke to us. My stay the previous year was much better, this was a bit of a bummer.
