A good choice for Hamburg

Liked: Well located for everything. Easy to get to by metro from the airport. No need for expensive taxis. Rooms were quiet. Plenty of free coffee on request for the room. 24 hr manned desk for all your needs
Disliked: The cooked breakfast was a bit meagre. & having to book a table for breakfast was a bit of a nuisance.

Liked: Everything. Management and personnel were great. Claudia and Zulkani, who I interacted with mostly, were exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing.

Convenient and very good staff.

Liked: Convenient to transit and one very good restaurant.
Disliked: Construction around the place was inconvenient and could have done with a lot less graffiti.

Liked: Very friendly staff, quiet room/hotel, breakfast was everything you needed, very comfy bed, free water and coffee in the room, good location.
