Very good

Liked: Hotel is well located, short walks to Marien Platz and English Gardens. Nice cafe as nd bars just around the corner. Room was plush and well decorated.
Disliked: Lack of air conditioning and fridge was an issue.

Nice cozy room but wouldn't...

Liked: Nice cozy room, convenient to city center (within walking distance)
Disliked: It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. They did provide 2 fans but it was very hard to be comfortable sleeping (it was unusually hot). If traveling during summer months, may want to investigate rooms that do have air conditioning. LOTS of construction near the hotel (not their fault of course). Car service had a hard time getting us near to the location given the construction.

Would stay there again.

Liked: Lovely garden. The library bar was also very nice, as was the breakfast room.
Disliked: I was on the street side and it was noisy with the window open - it was a warm evening.

Disliked: Just an idea: it would be great to have a safe in the room. As it’s an old building it’s understandable that there is no A/C but there was a portable A/C. Maybe it just needs to be a bit more powerful for those hot summer nights ☺️

Charming hotel in excellent location

Liked: Lovely, comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent location - peaceful neighbourhood close to the old town and English Gardens.
Disliked: It would be nice to have coffee making facilities in the room!
