Liked: Very nice place and very elegant
Disliked: There is no hair conditioner or other toiletries that we are used to in the room. I had to ask for a better hair dryer since the one in the room is the very old one. For such a nice place they could provide the same other hotels of their status do.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay in this elegant old hotel in attractive and quiet part of Munich. My single room was comfortable, nicely decorated and had the bonus of having a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is excellent and definitely worth booking in advance.
Disliked: I have no complaints. I would definitely book here again.

Liked: Conveniently located near (but not in) the old city. Easy access to public transit with a tram running directly into old town, plus several bus lines nearby. It's also an easy walk (a few blocks) to the English Garden.
