On the edge of Luzern and just a 5 minute bus drive from the center Hotel Spatz offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel's own restaurant serves Swiss specialties made with local products. You can also sample different international wines on site. All rooms feature a TV a radio and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Some of the Spatz hotel's rooms also come with a balcony. During summer you can dine outside. A freshly prepared breakfast is served daily at Hotel Spatz. The Luzern Eichhof bus station (line 1) is just 65 ft away and the lake shore is 1.5 miles from the hotel. Okay

Liked: Nice location and cooperative staff
Disliked: Basic kitchen facilities like micro was not present

Liked: We stayed on the top floor, and the room was a perfect size for the 4 of us. It was very easy to reach from Lucerne Bahnhof, with several buses available that stop nearby.
Disliked: There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up can be a bit challenging. Also, there’s no air conditioning—it got a bit warm at night, and the small fan provided was quite noisy.

Liked: I liked everything about this hôtel. It's very close to the centre, the staff are welcoming and helpful, the room is super clean. I don't have anything bad to say. Great value for money.

Good for one night only!

Liked: Location - easy to get a bus on direction to the city center.
Disliked: The room was quite noisy since it was located at the front of the building, directly facing a busy avenue and a bus stop with heavy traffic and frequent bus arrivals. As a result, we had to keep the fan on constantly to help mask the noise from outside. Additionally, we stayed for three nights and requested room cleaning after the second night. However, instead of replacing the bath towels, they provided only face towels but no explanation was given.
