Liked: Our room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities and extras we could possibly want. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good - huge selection of food and all of very good quality. We thought the little extras that the hotel provided - prosecco in the evening, snacks and free soft drinks from the mini bar in our room, were great and very generous. The hotel was calm and classy but with a friendly and homely feeling about it. The location was fabulous - just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and main attractions.
Disliked: I really couldn't fault anything at all!

Liked: The location is perfect, very close to everything you need. Breakfast is hearty delicious and exceed our expectation. Room is beautiful and very well designed. We also enjoyed Giovanny Galli chocolate as welcome gift which was very good. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Liked: Beautifully decorated, artistic boutique hotel. Comfortable spacious room. Lots of nice free snacks available 24/7. Robes, in-room coffee, good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. On a relatively quiet side street but in the heart of the main attractions.
Disliked: All good. Fitness center would have been a bonus.
