Hotel Spadai

A wonderful hotel in Florence,...

Liked: The junior suite was lovely, clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It was within walking distance to the train station and centrally located. Upon arrival, we found a handwritten note, bottle of wine and biscotti...a sweet surprise. Plus, the room was stocked daily with an assortment of complimentary water, wine, beer, soda, juice, cookies, etc. It was rainy during our stay, so they always had umbrellas available for use. And finally, the breakfast buffet was included in our rate and was wonderful, beautiful, huge and delish (everything you could want...fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, cakes, breads, juices, yogurts, cereals...).

Little Gem

Liked: The location was great, as was the upmarket feel of the hotel.
Disliked: 4th floor rooms are under breakfast room and there is alot if banging and noise from around 6:30am.

Disliked: It’s on one of Florence’s busiest streets and therefore is a bit loud at night.

Good hotel in a good...

Liked: Good selection for continental breakfast. Very convenient location for main Florence attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms
Disliked: We had to move room owing to being located directly below the restaurant kitchen, which was noisy from around 6am, but the hotel staff were very helpful

Good location but overpriced in...

Liked: Good location. Breakfast delivered to room for 5 Euros. Great bathroom.
Disliked: Very poorly lit room. No hot food from room service. No restaurant. Quite expensive for what it is.
