Above average four star hotel

Liked: Large room and hotel is well located. Helpful battlefields information and suggestions to find restaurants on the Quai.
Disliked: There is no cooling and the room was warm despite outside temperatures being mild. Arriving by car is not easy as the designated drop off parking space in front of the hotel was always occupied and the car park itself was a little distance. The breakfast was in a second building and was not anything special, with poor coffee.

Liked: Very friendly staff, historic family hotel in the center of the city. Great food
Disliked: We had an excellent large room, but it had no AC. We could not open windows because street was noisy.

Fab stay very near the...

Liked: We had an excellent room & comfortable bed. The centre of town with many bars & restaurants is about 10/15 min walk. We used the secure parking which was very secure but was a few hundred meters away, leave your luggage at the hotel before parking. We had a fab time (restaurant not open Mondays) and will use again- thank you
Disliked: Parking was 200 meters away & separate from the hotel

Liked: The room was very comfortable and big.
Disliked: We felt alone in the Hotel. There was no one to help you during the night. It was similar to an AirB&B

Great city centre location

Liked: Nice hotel, great room, great location, secure parking and nice staff.
Disliked: Overnight roadworks outside our room both nights, particularly the first one. It felt like they were trying to tunnel beneath the hotel.
