Asked for two pizza’s and...

Liked: Hotel was lovely, maybe a little run down on the outside. There are more rooms than parking spaces, although offroad parking directly opposite the hotel entrance. The room was lovely, but internet connection was terrible.
Disliked: Casino / Restaurant staff!! The security staff were like gangsters and hardly welcoming. With my partner being a casino General Manager she was shocked. The restaurant staff were only there to mock and seemed more involved in their own evening, which consisted of the young female member wanting to be the centre of attention and frankly I wouldn’t employ her. We asked for two pizza’s and chips, fries. We got delivered one Pizza and two packets of crisps. Shocking!! No wonder there were no more than 10 people in the casino and restaurant.

Liked: The rooms were clean and light. Good beds and pillows. Small but cozy spa
Disliked: You can't access the restaurant zone with the children. No staff on the spa reception by the evening

Liked: Great location with very friendly staff. Helped us sort evening dinner reservations. Room was very big and very quiet hotel.
Disliked: Hotel parking was full as only a small car park but plenty of payable street parking in the local area

An enjoyable short stay in...

Liked: Room was spacious with the necessary adaptations in the bathroom for one of the party.Spa & Pool were reasonably well equipped, the staff for the two massages we had were friendly and competent. Chamber maids were very thorough and helpful.
Disliked: Main reception staff whilst helpful were not particularly friendly.The breakfast was a very good offering but was a little expensive.The Spa treatments had to be paid separately form the hotel bill.
