Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The 3 top pools have an additional cost for use and the jacuzzi did not work.You can hear the staff cleaning and the people talking close to the room.

Liked: This hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and clean. The location could not be more convenient, and the staff was friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The room decor was gorgeous and everything was immaculately clean, as if never used. We were lucky to have the place nearly to ourselves so enjoyed how quiet the property was. A short walk from the malecon, there's plenty to do in this small town. But good luck barres because you'll never want to leave the pristine agua thermal. A dream destination!
