Superb

Liked: It's a lovely place. Clean, comfortable, just lovely. The lady who was serving breakfast was just so nice. She was really trying to please. Such a rare gem

Very poor

Disliked: They did not give me a refund or part of it because I made a mistake in the dates of the reservation, it is undoubtedly evident that their only interest is not the service or attention but the billing.

Liked: the hotel was acceptable, I received the message with instructions from the hotel,and the breakfast on the first day was ok
Disliked: the next day we were supposed to have breakfast again which was paid for and unfortunately we didn't receive anything, there was no one in the hotel

DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL...

Disliked: Although I had made a booking a month ago, only on the day of my arrival, I got a messege from the hotel where I was informed that my reservation was cancelled as there has been a mistake in booking, so it was a disaster for me to be informed of this the same day of my check in to the hotel especially in a city where I have been for the first time in my life. And they offered me to stay at a inferior quality hotel which I didn't accept. It was very stressful and expensive to search for another hotel to stay for the same night. I am going to make a claim about this to Booking.com as well as to SOV GODT HOTEL,Herning.

Overall a nice experience

Liked: Quiet, small and good location close to boksen arena
Disliked: Room 1 had bathroom in the common area and not within the room. Little bit hassle when needed to go to the bathroom late at night or in the morning
