Disappointing for such a beautiful...

Liked: The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, the food was excellent
Disliked: The staff at the restaurant desk were rude and abrasive. On 4 occasions I asked about booking tables at the various bars and restaurants, on 3 of those 4 occasions the staff were somewhat rude and dismissive. The English guy taking restaurant bookings was the most rude, just clearly not interested in helping a guest find a table. The small Asian guy, on the other hand, was delightful and managed to find exactly what we were looking for, and did it politely and cheerfully. The waiters were all lovely but the ‘managers’ (English guy and a blond woman) were nit so pleasant. My family had 2 rooms for 2 nights, as a hotel guest I expect some kind of assistance or priority in booking spaces in the bars or restaurants.
