Disliked: Hard bed horrible pillows Breakfast very poor hot food cold had to ask for milk no juice no hot coffee made poor choice had to ask for butter very little bread that was 8am Breakfast goes to 10am people present Not happy.

Liked: Great value for money and the gentleman who checked us out and the woman who made breakfast were both lovely.
Disliked: The reception that checked us in was rude. My wife and I are in a same sex relationship and she suggested quite rudely that we shouldn't be sharing a bed and should switch rooms to 2 single beds. In this day and age probably better to let things like that go.

Couldn't have chosen a better...

Liked: Lovely receptionist, beautiful room, would have liked to stay longer. But we were traveling from Canberra to Adelaide and this was just an overnight stop. Don't think we could have chosen a better place,
Disliked: On a Saturday night the area was very noisy, but this is the price you pay for centre city. And the shower was difficult to work

Liked: Clean and comfortable, ideally located 1 block from Southern Cross Station Sky Bus drop off
