The old guy should retire.

Disliked: There is an old guy that says no to any questions I asked late check out he said no while they messaged me, yes. Very annoying

My stay was okay, probably...

Liked: I liked the comfy beds and the spacious bathroom.
Disliked: I didn't like the uncleanliness of the lobby and lift facilities. Also the surrounding neighbours were noisy and the walls didn't block out the noise.

Passable

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Great job by the cleaning staff.
Disliked: The staff was not welcoming, it seemed to bother that we were there. For breakfast it often finished everything and there was no one else to cook. we made a $200 deposit and it was not returned until now
