The Inn was great. It was close to everything! All we had to do was walk across the street and we were entertained for the rest of the trip!

Disliked: The property was OK. The only thing was that when we got there, they were doing renovations. Staff members could walk around and clean up on the stairway and pool area.

Liked: The location was amazing. It was super close to SeaWorld and Universal both, as well as a walkable distance to several restaurants and other attractions like Icon Park. Parking was a breeze. The room was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, and I was able to hook my PS5 up to the TV to watch movies/play games. They had an elevator, which was very convenient for getting my luggage up to the room. The pool was very nice and easily accessible. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well at this hotel.
Disliked: There was construction going on I guess, at some point it sounded like there were fire alarms going off somewhere on the property, but I never smelled smoke, so I'm assuming they were testing the fire alarms. The hot tub wasn't working when I visited the pool Saturday morning. The water temperature in the shower was good one night, but lukewarm the next. Breakfast was an extra charge, which I wasn't fond of.

Okay but dated

Liked: Great location. Right opposite icon park with plenty of restaurants nearby. I Drive pick up close by to access International drive. Nice pool. Free coffee 24hrs. Nice spacious room. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Unfortunately renovation work was going on for our stay. We was not there to sit in our room but the rooms being renovated were right next door - could definitely not be in room all day coz of the noise! Rooms definitely need the renovation!!!

Overall very good stay would...

Liked: Me and my best friend stayed here for a short 5 day trip to Florida after being at Disney world. They had a free shuttle to and from universal world which was our main reason for booking here. The shuttle times were a little bit off the morning one left at around 7:15am which was perfect to get to the park and have time to have coffees however we ended up using LYFT / uber to return as the last shuttle was either 5pm or 9pm. Close proximity to lots of shops, restaurants and other attractions. There was a bus stop a few minutes outside of the property which made it easy to get around the city and we were able to use Apple Pay to get around. Overall would return and had a lovely stay. There was a pool and spa which we enjoyed using and the front desk sold water and snacks if needing a little pick me up for $1.5. The room itself was pretty clean, we didn’t have any issues however the aircon was extremely noisy but did not turn it off due to how hot it was, otherwise very spacious place and overall good stay. There was a laundry in the 4th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers which made washing cloths very easy.
Disliked: Shuttle times were not great but worked for our needs. The shower was not very strong and didn’t feel the cleanest when showering. Otherwise was very good.
