The Inn was great. It was close to everything! All we had to do was walk across the street and we were entertained for the rest of the trip!

The rooms are very disgusting...

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: As soon as we got our room the sheets were stained, they had bed bugs, the pillow cases were yellow, there was dried blood in the restroom. The front desk clerk was very rude. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They did not want to refund my money I had to show up back to the hotel to speak to the manager.

Liked: - Good facilities such as pool, spa and laundry- Fantastic location- Bath and cot facilities in room for infant- Friendly staff- Shuttle buses to parks were great- Stay was in an old style room, not yet renovated but neat and tidy. Renovated rooms look nice!
Disliked: - No kettle or tea/coffee in room- No airport shuttle services available- Shuttle bus times not convenient eg 11am or 9pm after parks are open and before the shows of evening.- Issues with the lift at times- No recycling facilities for enviro sustainability- Unable to book discounted park tickets at the hotel

Disliked: Air conditioner wasn't cold, had roaches, hotel staff didn't speak English never could answer questions, toilet backed up, toilet seat kept falling off, left garbage outside my room for 2 days B4 some one came and got it after calling for 2 days about it, I had to go find staff to get clean towels and more toilet paper, very disappointed and this was considered a newly renovated room ... management wasn't concerned about my issues... truly upset , don't recommend anyone stay there.

Paid $70 per night for...

Liked: Great location - $40 in uber from airport, round the corner from Avis car hire so handy for pickup/drop off, 2 mins walk to joes crab shack, icon park, trolley stop and loads of other stuff. Neat, clean and tidy. Great pool with towels, great value breakfast ($10 each cereal, variety of bread for toast, bacon and eggs, waffles, yoghurts), friendly staff, car park, ice machines, tea/coffee facilities, big room, comfy bed, cold air con, fridge in room.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
