Polite Staff, spacious, clean room...

Liked: The room was very spacious. This was the first time in Germany that I had seen such a large room in this hotel category.The staff was also extremely polite and friendly, which I had never experienced before in Germany.The breakfast was okay, but the table was nicely decorated, with a lovely finishing touch of a real candle.We stayed at the hotel for only one night.

Liked: We were upgraded to a better room for free on arrival. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was also very good.
Disliked: There was no water cooker in the room and the reception did not have one either. Got a thermos can with hot water at the restaurant though. So, water cooker plus some tea bags and instant coffee would be an inexpensive nice treat for the guests.

Great stay, ideal for weekend away or longer stay

Liked: The restaurant and its atmosphere was great, we loved it. The rooms are renovated, very accesible. The staff was very friendly
Disliked: The big pool temperature was actually a bit cooler than expected. We missed knowing if the boiled eggs were hard or not.
