Superb

Liked: Lovely hotel. Great room with a terrace. Beautiful bar with terrace. Great central location.
Disliked: Our room was near the bar so it was a bit noisy but not too late.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything.The hotel was very clean and beautiful and location was perfect. The rooms had everything you need and the staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. There was a nice terrace outside which was a sun trap.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like in this hotel.

Nice hotel, but room too...

Liked: Modern hotel, and good location.
Disliked: The room was very warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I was told the air conditioning is central and was not switch on for summer. I only stayed one night but was looking forward to checking out.

Good location, clean & comfortable

Liked: Good location to explore Santander. Useful there are escalators on the pavement leading up the road to the hotel as it’s very steep!The hotel is very spacious, is immaculately clean and has air fresheners pumping out lovely smells!There is a small bar with indoor and outdoor seating which catches the evening sun.Breakfast is OK, mainly cold selections but some hot. Enjoyed the fresh fruit kebabs. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower.

Liked: Really enjoyed this stay.. the staffs were all very lovely, the rooms are aesthetically so nice, everything high quality, clean, and in perfect working condition, and in a fantastic location in the city, close to everything but this neighborhood itself is quite special. Would easily recommend to others

Disliked: we had a room right by the lift which was a little noisy, but not really too bad, and bed was so comfy it didn't impact sleep!
