Hotel Skyler Syracuse Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My husband and I stayed overnight and with the many hotels we have stayed at, I have to say, hotel Skylar was one of our favorites by far! Very clean; staff very helpful and friendly; the hotel was close to everything we needed it for.

Didn’t happen. Very disappointing.

Disliked: They did not have our confirmed reservation and they did not have a room for us. They sent us to a sister property which was not acceptable which left us to find a hotel on our own at the last minute.

Liked: Some food was available. Hot options. Not just vending machines. Good location. Gated parking.
Disliked: For the price I expected an upscale hotel. This was very basic bare bones. I wanted a really nice hotel with true restaurant and nice lobby ect. This was a very basic standard best western type. Really over priced basic stay. Disappointing.
