Liked: The staff was great.Breakfast great.Location great.Clean.Has a bar downstairs, which is very nice.The pillows and the blanket, very comfy.
Disliked: Rooms, the small room it is very small and has no posibility for fresh air - its windows are in an atrium which is closed.The beds aren't so comfy, instead of the topper it should have been a better mattress.

Liked: The hotel was amazing. People were professional and polite. Best location, away from the noise and next to main street

Great Place to Stay in...

Liked: The property is very centrally located close to Krongens Nytorv and the main shopping street. My room was very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and understanding.
Disliked: Breakfast stopped serving at 10 am sharp so guests who arrived late could only have bread and jam. Please show up some time before 10.

Liked: Very good location, helpful staff, clean, and we loved the view from our window and the bars outside the hotel.
Disliked: The room and the bed were too small. We would appreciate hot non-alcoholic beverages at the hotel bar (we were happy to find them at the nearby bar).

Liked: Wonderful team from reception through to cleaning staff! Genuine smiles, friendly and very accommodating.The room is far too small for the high price but impeccably clean and modern.Amazing, quiet location especially if you like walking or cycling and one of the best car parking garages in Europe!The surrounding landscape (water views and streets) is gorgeous both architecturally and green - perfect for your dog! Hop, skip and a jump to all the best restaurants, coffee, cocktails, royal palace and other highlights.
Disliked: The price! Like the rest of Copenhagen…ouch! (Haha!). On a sidenote: Nyhavn is best experienced from a distance!
