Liked: Stayed many times before at Sky. Annae. Always loved the location and the roof terrace.Staff is very nice.
Disliked: Rooms are not as clean as before , smell from bathroom etc. The standard rooms really are too small and located on narrow corridors. Quite scary I think in case you need to get out quickly. Many of these small rooms face inner courtyard, so dark as well. Breakfast not as nice as it used to be, not as many choices of items any more. Filter coffee was cold. Ginger shots were finished, very small selection of cold cuts. No liver paté anymore, strange for Copenhagen … Pastries very dry. Would love to stay again after some renovation of the rooms, would be nice if the wall to wall carpet could be replaced by hard wood floor instead, cleaner.

Cozy, fashionable hotel in an...

Liked: The location could not be beat. Easy walking in Nyhavn, close to a major metro stop, and within range of many delicious bakeries and ice cream shops. Also surprisingly quiet for the location. I loved the rainfall shower, it was hot and had great water pressure. Really liked the lobby, it was cozy and had a very nice vibe with lots of seating. Every staff member I talked to was exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: Room was a bit small, but this was fine for a short stay.

Stunning hotel in a perfect...

Liked: The hotel was absolutely stunning, beautifully designed and such an aesthetic space. Our room was on the smaller side, but still very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Couldn't beat the location. Right at the heart of everything and plenty of option for food and drink within walking distance. We loved being able to rent bikes from the hotel for the day too.
Disliked: There was a mishap with the cleaning because when we arrived the trashes in our room were still completely full from the previous guests and there was no soap in the bathroom. However, the front desk staff quickly got it taken care of and gave us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience.
