We had the worst experience...

Disliked: I am writing to express my deep disappointment following an absolutely unacceptable experience upon our arrival at the hotel.From the moment we walked in, we were met with an appalling attitude from a staff member named Sofia. Her behavior, tone, and general manner were shockingly disrespectful. She should absolutely not be working in any customer-facing role.We had made a reservation via Booking.com for two adults and one child, and upon arrival, we were told that it is mandatory to book two rooms in such cases – something that was never mentioned during the booking process. We were then told that our only option was to split up our family, placing one adult and the child in a separate room – a solution that made absolutely no sense and was never our intention.Eventually, we were offered another room – one that was designed for guests with disabilities. While we have the utmost respect for the need for accessible rooms, it was completely unsuitable and uncomfortable for our family, given that we are not in need of such accommodations. Cramped and impractical, it made our stay extremely unpleasant.What made everything worse was not just the lack of appropriate solutions, but the way we were spoken to – as if we were in the wrong, being unreasonable, or even dishonest. The dismissive and arrogant tone we were subjected to was an absolute disgrace. No guest should ever be treated in such a way.We expect a prompt and serious response to this complaint, and we hope concrete actions will be taken to ensure no other guests are treated in the same manner.
