Liked: Location was amazing, the room was beautiful. The elevator is very small.
Disliked: The elevator was very small, it would be nice if breakfast was included.

Old and smelly

Disliked: Pictures are not accurate. The place is very old. They are doing some renovations but even the new rooms don’t look like the photos. The elevator is super dirty and covered with cardboard and plastic as they keep working on it. All the 7th floor was dusty along with the elevator. The room AC was not working.

Bad

Disliked: They use fake photos. l was not expecting hotel when l see in booking. Very dirty and old.

When I arrived, I was shocked to find the main entrance closed, with no prior notice or instructions. I was forced to enter through a different hotel, which was confusing and unprofessional.Inside, the hotel was in unacceptable condition. Workers and handymen were present throughout the staircases and elevator, creating an uncomfortable and noisy environment. The floors and the room were very dirty, the refrigerator did not work, and the room telephone was out of service, leaving me unable to contact the reception or report any issues.I was never informed in advance about any of these problems. This experience did not match the description provided on your website, and I feel completely misled. I therefore kindly request a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience and poor quality of the stay. Disliked: In room TV not working because of wi-fi problem.

Lies about the AC unit

Liked: Nothing, hotel lied about having air conditioning on the hottest day of the year
Disliked: The initial staff said he could not do anything about it when the company was advertising as having AC unit. I was, then given a different room at a different hotel with a broken AC unit that didn't even work! This was on the hottest days of the year in Brussels with temperatures reaching 30+degrees
