Hotel Siri Downtown - Paso Robles

Very nice, would stay there...

Liked: Staff was super friendly, rooms were neat and clean. Walking distance from fair grounds, close to restuaunts and gas stations.

Would never go again and...

Liked: it was comfortable
Disliked: The door was broken, the ac was complicated, there was only one flight of stairs thats a fire hazard! Had to take stairs because door for elevator was broken, staff was very rude, guy at check in was hardly there and gave me and my friends bad attitude lady who worked there also gave us bad attitude because guy at check got her in trouble for not inspecting our room correctly. When we arrived to our room we realized the ac didn’t work and when we confronted the guy at front desk he gaves us a attitude and didnt allow us to get a refund and didn’t offer for a discount or anything to help us, we were able to get moved to a different room.Also when I arrived to hotel I was told I had to pay in cash because the card thing wasnt working, however when my friends checked in he made her swipe her card even though he told me it wasnt working. He also didnt have change when I gave him cash, he also said I couldn’t pay on booking even though it gave me the option. This hotel was not worth the price or hassle and I would not recommend. I also did not feel comfortable asking for anything from them during my stay, which I have never felt like at any other hotel.

Liked: Clean, a lot of space, comfortable bed.
Disliked: I booked a room around 10 PM, but no one contacted me about how to check in. Fortunately, I decided to call and found out that the front desk closes after 10 PM and the key would be left in a box outside. If I hadn’t called, I’m not sure I would have been able to access my room.
