Liked: The location and accommodations are excellent
Disliked: I didn't like the way the person who checked me in (late) treated me when I had a late check in. They were able to assist with a double booking the next morning in a nice, respectful way. But that late check in situation...was a bummer.

Liked: I completely advise you against this hotel, they are thieves, they canceled our reservation before our arrival even though everything was paid. To this day, we still have not received our money back. Do not book this hotel, they are scammers.

Nice for a one night...
Liked: Room was standard room, location was convenient to Sensorio on Hwy 46, which was also the route we were going to take to Hwy 5 the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well, which is important in Paso Robles.
Disliked: Room was on the 2nd floor, about as far as possible from the elevator. It was difficult carrying bags that distance since my husband and I are over 70 and I walk with a cane. Also, the door to access the elevator from the parking lot was out of order, making it even more difficult to carry our bags to and from the room.

About as enjoyable as being...
Liked: I never was able to see it.
Disliked: For starters, and by far the most important, the “hospitality” staff was rude to my girlfriend for no reason whatsoever. We booked at midnight, everything appeared ok and we were excited to sleep after a long drive. We showed up only to see that there was no way to get a room key. Ok that should have been stated somewhere. The main issue is the next day my girlfriend called to ask about our refund, the person on the phone was very rude her for absolutely no reason.This place sucks.
