Liked: From the minute we walked in, the level of service was incredible. They offered us coffee or tea, and then asked us to sit & relax before they told us more about the property. They showed us points of interest on the map, gave restaurant recommendations, and went out of their way to make sure we would have a great trip. The room is so perfect - everything is there - and it is decorated elegantly. Very quiet for a great night’s sleep! Perfect location. The breakfast was amazing & one of the best we have ever had! I didn’t have time to use the spa but so nice to have the services in this boutique hotel.

Short break in Bordeaux.

Liked: Great location. Fantastic staff.
Disliked: We booked a junior suite which was quite expensive and would have expected at least a seating area. There was only one chair. The stairs may be an issue for some as there is no lift. We managed them ok. We didn’t have breakfast but saw some other food prepared as a snack for other guests and it looked lovely.

Liked: The property has a lovely small boutique feel. The service was very personalised with helpful staff. The room was compact but comfortable. The bed in particular was very comfortable. The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring the old town. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for breakfast. A special hotel with old world charm but also very modern touches.

Superb

Liked: Excellent location, tram to airport is only 6mins walk. We walked everywhere. Staff were great, friendly & very accommodating. They gave valuable recommendations and tips on where to go best. It was very clean. Breakfast was delicious & fresh - amongst the best hotel breakfasts. Area felt safe, easy check in and check out. It's exactly how it's advertised. I'd be happy to stay here again.
Disliked: It's not a deal breaker, but toilet space is quite tight & you can see the other person inside the shower while you're in bed. Not sure if this is normal in Bordeaux.
